Abstract

This report describes the using of OMA (a kind of learning automata) in the web accessing can
perform better than the uniform web accessing algorithm (round robin). The web crawlers are all
simulated in the local machine with the same number of states and objects, so it can only shows
the ideal situation. However the results that we have got have a strong evidence for proving that
the OMA algorithm works really efficient in the web accessing.
